Privacy policy — LYSSTED ESTATE (version 1.0, July 2026)

Data controller: Allan Roos (owner), Pirupshvarrevej 84, 9492 Blokhus, [email protected].

Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a viewing of the property.

Legal basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Information: name, e-mail, phone (optional), preferred date, message, language and contact preference, together with technical information about the enquiry (source/UTM).

Processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, form and database — Pages/D1) under a data-processing agreement; data may be processed in the EU/USA under Cloudflare's standard contractual clauses.

Retention: enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after the sales process ends, unless the law requires a longer period.

Recipients: no disclosure to third parties other than data processors.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and withdrawal of consent — write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

Cookies/analytics: the site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Technical test enquiries (marked "synthetic") are not included in statistics and are deleted on an ongoing basis.

Voluntary provision and automated decisions: Providing your details is voluntary; without your name and email we cannot respond to your enquiry. We make no automated decisions and carry out no profiling based on your information.
